Known for combining strategic thinking with delivery, Samantha excels in building trusted relationships across founders, investors and partners,
enabling new ventures to secure support and progress.

Laura Hood
Operations Director
Laura has been part of the ACG team for 5 years, beginning her journey in a business development role.
As Operations Director, she heads up the ACG deal screening process alongside day to day business operations.
She works closely with the Managing Director on investor relations, founder support and ecosystem management.
Laura is passionate about supporting early-stage businesses in the East of England and in particular female-led start-ups.
